Alongside completing a Medical Retina Fellowship, Mr Moustafa Issa trained and worked in several regions in England, including eight years at the Oxford Eye Hospital. He subsequently accepted a consultant post with Buckinghamshire Health Care NHS Trust in 2016, leading the department’s Acute and General Ophthalmology services.
